• No Returns: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns on any purchased items.
• Exchange Policy: However, we understand that sometimes preferences may change. Therefore, we offer exchanges for items that have not been used or damaged. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team- 682-701-5452  within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Proof of Purchase: To initiate an exchange, a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
• Eligibility: Only items in their original condition and packaging will be considered for exchange. Items that have been used or damaged will not be eligible.
• Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is approved, you may choose an alternative item of equal or lesser value from our store inventory. If the new item exceeds the value of the original purchase, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
• Exclusions: Certain products, such as original artwork, furniture pieces and wallpaper may not be eligible for exchange. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer service team for further clarification.
• Final Sale Items: Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for exchange.
